San Diego Perinatal Center, the Maternal-Fetal Medicine Division of Rady Children’s Specialists of San Diego, is one of the state’s premier prenatal diagnostic and treatment centers for pregnant women and their babies and is a unique resource for San Diego. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality care to you and your baby.  Our team of highly skilled maternal-fetal medicine specialists, sonographers, genetic specialists, and a physician’s assistant looks forward to working closely with you and your physicians to optimize the outcome of your pregnancy.

To check your baby’s health and development, we use the most advanced diagnostic technologies, including state-of-the-art ultrasound. As a Division of Rady Children’s Specialists of San Diego, we work closely with pediatric and adult sub-specialists as well, enabling us to provide comprehensive, coordinated care.

Given the decrease in COVID cases in San Diego County, we are able to allow 1 adult guest to accompany patients to their appointments.

At San Diego Perinatal, our commitment is to keep our patients and staff as healthy as possible. If you are sick, have traveled outside the United States in the last 14 days or have been exposed to someone who is sick, please call our office to speak with a provider before coming to your appointment:  (858) 966-1700 ext. 4963.  We will determine whether it is appropriate for you to reschedule or whether you should be seen. We will also determine whether you need to be evaluated at the hospital.

We are requiring all patients wear protective covering (masks, scarves, etc.).

Please DO NOT bring children to your appointment.
